Refund policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Items are eligible for return or exchange if they are:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
  • Returned with original tags intact
  • Requested within 3 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect order:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for claims related to missing, incorrect, or damaged products.
  • Clear photographs and videos may also be requested for verification.
  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review or approval.
  • Shop Siara reserves the right to approve or reject claims after reviewing the submitted evidence.

Additional Conditions

  • Each product is eligible for return or exchange only once.
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Accessories, jewellery, and complimentary items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, perfume, or damage after delivery will not qualify for return or exchange.
  • Refunds and exchanges will be processed only after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.
